Plastic components for the electronic industry is a core competency of Connecticut Plastics. In particular, we specialize in micro machining in plastic.
When machining micro components as small as .020 in diameter, it is expected that the finish and precison of the component is high. Typical tolerances are +/- .001 for all dimensions. We have the capability to produce to +/- .0002. Microscope inspection and cleaning is available.
PEP Connecticut Plastics is able to produce some of the most complicated and precision micro components in the industry. We regularly produce lots from 100 to tens of thousands.
