(“Nautic Partners”) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to sell Precision Engineered Products Holdings, Inc. (“PEP”) to NN, Inc. (NASDAQ:NNBR). The four brands augment PEP’s robust manufacturing solutions portfolio with complex metal machining and cold forming capabilities.
